Brilliant start to the 2023 showing season for Booty

Well what can we say!!

Due to current health issues we only managed to take Trehwfa Booty Hunter to 3 shows and boy he didn't disappoint.

He will now be turned out for the winter and enjoy freedom before we let him loose with some mares early 2023.

May 2022 -

Well what an amazing start to our showing season, Trehwfa Booty Hunter first time being shown since being a foal and we thought we would throw him in at the deep end and take him to the 64th Glanusk Stallion Show. 

Booty won the 3 year old colt class gaining the Crimond Silver Plate. 

Looking forward to 2021 and hopefully getting back to some kind of normality here at Vaynol welsh mountain ponies. We made the decision last year to only cover one of our mares - so we are excited to see what Serene is cooking in her belly (Sire: Penboeth Game-on). 

Hopefully we will be able to get out and about to some shows this year and enjoy the social side that we haven't been able to have in 2020. The banter with friends from near and far that really keeps us motivated and inspired.
